Initial Workshop

One initial workshop (kick-off meeting) is strongly recommended to ensure that the dedicated team understands client business background, system requirements and expectations. In the budget allows, a face-to-face workshop can be arranged. EasyODC can provide support to make your visit to our Beijing office easy and comfortable. If needed,  your dedicated team lead can also be dispatched to your onshore office.  We believe that this initial workshop brings is a good beginning and better cooperation, communication and stronger results with your dedicated team.

Project Tracking

Our core project management systems, Jira & Confluence, are advanced collaboration platforms. All information is centrally stored, which means that all information is equally accessible from anywhere. We don't store any project information in our geographic office locations. Clients have the same access to the project space as any other team member. When we have it, you see it - there are no delays or information gaps.

  • Jira – our project management software – gives you full insight into project tasks, bug tracking, time usage and workflow.
  • Confluence - Our Enterprise Wiki Software keeps all project-related documents in one place, managing the continuous development of project specifications and keeping documentation updated.
  • Subversion provides secure source code management, a code archive which gives clients and the team access to up-to-date code at any times.

Project Tracking Tools

English

Our English-speaking project managers keep clients up to date on project status and will always reply quickly to client inquiries. Our communication channels are adapted according to our client’s preferences: through Confluence, email or Skype. Our sales offices in Sweden and Norway are happy to meet our clients on-site.
