The client is a government department responsible for processing the registration and maintenance of the country's foundations and lotteries. Very careful documentation must be used and controlled in order to prevent errors and must follow the Norwegian laws of security and archiving. All documents received and sent must be archived which can be an intensive problem if not done properly. Also, it was hard to maintain consistency for all document templates and forms.This first project needed to be done to register and maintain foundations in Norway.
