Facility Security

We provide and maintain suitable facilities, equipment, space, furnishings, utilities and fixtures necessary to provide a secure working environment that is safe and reasonably comfortable to provide our IT service.

Information and Data Security

Database are stored in an isolated data server on a blocked shelf. According to our Data Protection/Privacy Policy, access to sensitive information is limited to a key person only. The database will not be used for any purpose other than development. All copies of client's confidential documents are regularly accounted for, deleted if necessary and returned to be disposed of by the client. We maintain systems security measures to guard against the unauthorized access, alteration or destruction of Client Material and Data.

Network Security

Appropriate firewall and security screening technology is utilized and maintained to

• prevent unauthorized access to Client systems by prohibiting all access by default and explicitly limiting authorized access toClient Data and Material stored.
• Providing anti-virus protection software and network security on all project team computer platforms.

Computer Platform and Application Security

We provide anti-virus protection software on all project team computer platforms. As each team member has his/her own computer with a startup password, therefore none, other than the network administrator, cannot access anyone else's computer.

Personnel Security

All dedicated team members have an official non-criminal record report and we ensure that all personnel have entered into a written contract of employment under which they agree to adhere to all company policies, rules/procedures, including all data protection policies, intellectual property agreements and anon-disclosure agreement (NDA) relating to all confidential and/or proprietary information belonging to/or in the possession of the Supplier as received bu the Supplier or its affiliates.

Additional project-related IP protection procedures execute according to other specific client require.

Physical Security

All Supplier Personnel are issued with unique ID passes that are checked and verified upon entrance to the Site. We have in place an internal and external CCTV system with sufficient coverage to monitor reception areas, exit/entry points, and vulnerable or sensitive/confidential working areas.
