NOC Service Layers


In the first layer, a System Engineer checks the system status and report tickets of any issue. If this issue existed in KeDB (known error Database) and resolve solution available, we fix it accordingly. The second layer is TroubleShooter. If the issue is not in a KeDB, system engineer assigns it to troubleshooter. The third layer is Threat Research Analyst who is expert on system maintenance, will provide consulting service and support troubleshooter to fix issue and add it as known error into KeDB.

We track work tickets in JIRA. Client will ba able to view the status and what the engineers are working on.Our Networking Operation Center follows the work process below:
