EasyODC Guarantees

• Cancel contract. Contract can be canceled within 10 working days after the contract is signed.
• Waiving week. If for any reason, team member needs to be switched, the last working week cost will be waived.
• Option to transfer. If client desires to hire any employee from dedicated team, the criteria and fees structure will be as agreed upon between the Parties through mutual discussions. We will assist in such a transfer and encourage the selected employee to accept transfer to client payroll.
• Option to buy out. The client has the option to buy all hardware/software used by the dedicated team, which is owned by EasyODC, at its existing net book value.
