The client is a HR consulting firm in China. We work with our partner to provide talent management service to different type of end customers leveraging our partner's expertise in HR consulting and ours in IT. To be able to provide total solution in talent management area, we need to develop SaaS applications and can be accessed by both PCs and mobile phone.

Challenges

The solution requires cutting edge technologies: both SaaS and on premise deployment options, support both PC users and Android, iPhone and other smart mobile users (in the future) .

We also need to provide all the product design service.

The Solution

We build a core team with rich experience in enterprise software and mobile applications. We also staffed 2 other important resources: product manager and user experience design to help out.

We decided to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the background system, which can easily integrate with clients' active domain. Dynamics can also work with SaaS model.

Result

The team work closed with our partner and the first version product was release only within 3 months from the conception. Together, we have won several end customers.
